Delivery Schedule

We stock considerable quantities of many types and sizes of horseshoes in natural condition or part finished, but we only complete and customise them to order to reduce the time the items are on the shelf. This helps quality control.

Products that require processing or other work will normally be completed within 7 calendar days of receiving your payment/order. This does not include the time taken by Royal Mail or Couriers to deliver parcels which may add a further 2 to 3 days. Therefore if your "must receive by" date is time important, please advise us by email or type a comment in the box at "Checkout" so that we schedule production and posting accordingly.

If we cannot produce/deliver to meet your "must receive by" timing we will notify you and ask for your instructions.

Some special plating or lacquering or processes may take longer. If there is going to be any delay, we will advise you by email (or telephone or text if you have given us this information and you prefer this method) at which time you can cancel your order for a full refund or advise us accordingly.

International orders are confirmed to you when we have the couriers schedule in hand.

You will be emailed (or we will contact you according to your preference) when the goods have been posted by us.

Deliveries can normally only be made to the same address as that registered to the credit/debit card.
If you want a delivery to an alternative address then please contact us before making payment.
Delivery to an alternative address means that the order may not be able to be completed "Online", we will advise you during your call.
Delivery will then be made once the payment has cleared in our account and the payment will be exempt from chargebacks.

Returns Policy for undamaged items:


Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order for any product apart from products made to your specifications or personalised or customised.

Most products on our website (other than natural horseshoes) are CUSTOMISED and made to order and therefore NOT sold on home approval.

If you change your mind about an item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery.

If you are returning the goods because you want to change the specification (eg colour/size) then please re-order through the website.

Provided that the item is returned in clean condition and in its original packaging, the cost of the products will be refunded and you should allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods.

Our postage and packaging charges will NOT be refunded and customers are responsible for meeting the cost of return postage for items that are not faulty (see "Guarantee" section for faulty goods).
